4. Is this a crash diet or extreme fat-loss program?

No. REFORM is not a crash course.

You will not be asked to completely cut sugar, carbs, or your favourite foods. The focus is on balance, portion control, protein intake, and consistency.

5. Will I get a diet plan?

Yes.

You receive a structured, easy-to-follow diet plan that fits Indian food preferences and real-life routines. It focuses on fat loss while maintaining energy, strength, and hormonal health.

6. Do I have to eat boring or restrictive food?

No.

REFORM is built around the idea that fat loss should be sustainable. You will learn how to include outside food, cravings, and social events without guilt or binge-restrict cycles.
