About Me
I’m Karishma Yadav. I’ve personally lost 20 kg, so I deeply understand the fat-loss journey – the confusion, the pressure, and why extreme methods rarely last.
With a background as a professional badminton player for over a decade, fitness has been a core part of my life long before social media. Over the years, I’ve combined athletic experience with formal training as a certified nutrition coach, allowing me to approach health and fat loss from both a practical and evidence-based perspective.
And trust me, I love cheeseburgers as much as you do. I’ve simply learned how to create balance, where food is enjoyed, not feared and that’s the mindset I aim to pass on.

WHAT IS REFORM ?
REFORM is a female-only Fat loss and muscle toning program built for women who are tired of extremes and unsustainable workouts.
It is not a crash course or punishment or restriction. You will not be asked to completely cut sugar, junk food, or your normal routine. Life doesn’t stop for fat loss and this program respects that.
The focus is on building habits you can actually maintain- around food, training, and daily movement-so fat loss feels sustainable, not stressful. REFORM is for women who want results without losing their relationship with food or themselves.
